Clarissa Ricci, is an art historian and graduated from La Sapienza Univesity of Rome. Currently she’s pursuing her PhD at the School of Advanced Studies in Venice (SSAV) and is part of the research unit on History of Exhibition at IUAV.
Ricci participated in a joint program on sculpture with the Ecole des Haute Etudes (Paris) in 2008-2009 and was a visiting scholar at Columbia University (New York) in 2009-2010.
She has written numerous articles. Forthcoming papers for peer reviewed Journals as Journal of Curatorial Studies and Palinsesti.
Ricci edited various publications such as Quando è scultura (Milan: et.al, 2010) and Starting from Venice. Studies on the Venice Biennale (Milan: et.al 2011).
